At the local level, Orula runs a Youth Club that is open to all interested youth, within which we conduct non-formal education workshops aimed at fostering an attitude of active participation and enhancing key transferrable skills and competences of young people (communication, cooperation, creativity, intercultural and digital skills), as well as supporting youth groups in creating their own initiatives and local activities to help them become co-creators. The club also entails, organization of seminars and workshops on proposal writing and management skills for unofficial youth groups and emerging organizations. As well as, creation of online seminars and educational resources on non-formal education, lifelong learning, intercultural communication, environmental awareness, and other topics with the goal of empowering youth and enhancing participation through civil society initiatives. More over, involvement in volunteer exchange and training programs. Final, activities for promoting, making people aware of, and actively participating in European Youth Week, Erasmus+ Days, and other programs in association with neighborhood schools, foundations, and NGOs.
